How long does shipping take for my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused and unopened items. Please ensure the original packaging is intact to qualify for a full refund.
Do Voltz Toys products come with a warranty?
Yes, most of our electronic ride-on toys and premium sets come with a 6-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and battery issues.
Is assembly required for the ride-on vehicles?
Some minor assembly is required, such as attaching the steering wheel and seat. Each product includes a detailed manual and a link to a step-by-step assembly video.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as digital wallets like PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After this window, the order moves to our shipping department and cannot be changed.
